The post-partum period, such as pregnancy, is a delicate and challenging in the life of every woman.

iMom Workout will be the partner for each of you!

You will not be inadequate as a parent if you think your physical state, when a mother is in "good shape" is stronger than a mother!
It is important, when you are alone at home or while the baby is sleeping, you can spend some time to yourself.
It would be a course of rehabilitation puerperium, but we also know the practical difficulties make it difficult to participate in these courses.

Awful instructions
This must have been written by someone who is ESL. The instructions make little sense: "rushes back in shape elastic"??? The cartoon pictures dont really clarify either. The idea is nice but execution is awful.
Nothing To The App
The app only offers basic-level exercises for free, which would be fine except 1) they are just stretches, not exercises, and 2) most of the instructions look like poorly translated English. Waste of time. 2 stars because it could be worse, I guess.
